DeFife Scott DeFife has joined the $16M-revenue Plastics Industry Association as VP of government affairs. In his new role, DeFife will lead federal, state and regulatory affairs, oversee advocacy and be staff liaison to the association's public policy committee. DeFife most recently was president of consulting firm JSD Public Affairs. He previously was EVP, policy and government affairs, at the National Restaurant Association, leaving in 2015.
